oddly enough, he was also the narrator for a kids show called 'Thomas the Tank Engine'...i always loved the dichotomy of the innocent timbre his voice would take on compared to his stage persona...he had a great brain, especially when he would talk about the audience without the audience knowing he was talking about them, and they laughed along with him as he laughed at them - pure genius!!
